These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Big Gifts website (biggifts.sg) and the corporate gifting services provided by Big Group Production Pte Ltd (“Big Gifts”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Quotations and Orders
- All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Quotations are estimates and do not constitute a binding contract until a confirmed order is placed and acknowledged.
- An order is considered confirmed once full payment has been received and artwork (if applicable) has been approved in writing.
- No changes can be made to quantity, design, or product specifications once an order has been confirmed.
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms: Full payment is required upon order confirmation.
- For Government Agencies: 30 days payment terms, billed via Vendors@Gov / AP-Direct.
- Accepted payment methods include PayNow, bank transfer, and cheque.
- We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time before order confirmation.
3. Artwork and Customisation
- Final print artwork must be provided by the customer in 300dpi resolution with 3mm bleed in vector formats (.ai or .psd).
- Printing colours may vary from the exact artwork or Pantone colour despite our best efforts. A variance of +/- 10% should be expected due to printing process and material differences.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring all artwork submitted does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- By submitting artwork, you grant Big Gifts a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
4. Lead Time and Delivery
- Lead times are as indicated in your quotation and commence upon confirmation of artwork and full payment.
- Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., supplier delays, customs, weather).
- Delivery is not applicable to: Jurong Island, Airport Cargo Complex, PSA Terminals, and SAF Camps.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Goods sold are non-refundable once production has commenced.
- Cancellation requests received before production starts may be subject to a cancellation fee covering work performed (e.g., design, sourcing).
- Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion, provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Big Gifts or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Gifts’ total liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or services shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business opportunity.
8. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data under the PDPA.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
